This issue has been resolved. All Home Dashboards have been reverted to user-entered preferences with the fix going live into production.

We have identified an issue with MFA logins for some users. The issue is caused by having a home dashboard view different from the users home team.

As a short term solution, we will be changing all users home dashboard under the user profile to the home team assigned to the account. Once the issue has been resolved, we will automatically change this configuration back to how it is currently configured.
